Room cleaning for Nakagawa Kikaku Kensetsu
We provide rooms for the comfort of our guests. We will prepare the guest rooms with a sense of hospitality. We value communication with hotel staff. We will greet guests in the same manner as hotel staff. We will always strive to improve the quality of our services by responding to requests from the hotel staff, providing consultation, and proposing preventive measures. We will hold regular monthly meetings, and at these meetings, we will present and implement improvements to further enhance the quality of our services.

About Accommodation Management Services
In many foreign countries, tourism is a major industry, and is regarded as one of the most important industries for a country's economic development. With the increase in the number of inbound travelers, OCC (guest room occupancy rate) is rising, and with the increase in guest room cleaning, ensuring quality has become an issue for hotels. We are working on the management of hotels and other lodging facilities as a new pillar of our business.

Room cleaning services
Since guests spend most of their time in their rooms, we clean and inspect each room with care to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. We replenish various amenities.

Public Cleaning
We will carefully clean areas other than guest rooms such as entrances, lobbies, and corridors. We work with care so as not to disturb guests during check-out and check-in.
