Construction management (CM) business
Construction Management is the act of neutrally adjusting the overall structure of a construction project by a construction manager (CMr) who has received a quasi-delegation from the construction client to ensure smooth progress toward the achievement of the project's objectives.
All of our employees have a CM guidebook, and we will supervise construction in accordance with the client's intentions, making use of our experience as well as basic knowledge.
There are two types of CM services: the "at-risk CM method", in which construction contracts are ordered in addition to CM services, and the "pure CM method," in which the CMr performs management tasks without taking on construction-related risks.

3D design work
3D construction management
In the midst of large-scale construction work such as construction of a new mega solar power plant, we are working to enable accurate and efficient management by utilizing 3D space. For construction sites on steep slopes or sites with a wide development range, point cloud data obtained by drone surveying can be used to visually express the construction situation in 3D even at sites where it is difficult to grasp the construction status. In addition, using a 3D model, it is possible to collect information on the progress of the site from various perspectives, and it can be used as an explanation material for construction simulations and construction plans as one of the site management tools.

Merit ① Reduction of man-made risk
As the scope of development becomes larger, the task of visualizing the on-site progress in a concrete manner takes more time, and there is a risk of human error in calculations. The 3D point cloud processing system utilizes the mesh method (height method) that corresponds to quantity calculation from the measured point cloud data and the soil volume calculation (prismoidal method) using a triangular network, so that the progress can be confirmed. It reduces the risk of human factors while increasing efficiency.

Merit ② Sharing of completed image
By integrating the surveyed point cloud data and the design model using various drawing data, we can "visualize" changes in the site accompanying construction and comparison with the design in 3D. Specifically, by showing the calculation of the amount of soil transported during construction and the interference check with the structure on the drawing, the completion image can be shared between the ordering party and the subcontractor, and various construction simulation can be realized.

We plan construction plans, make estimates, design, select components, and simulate income and expenditure.At the same time, we also conduct preliminary surveys of the installation environment and apply for consultations with related organizations.
P / Procurement
We select manufacturers of equipment and materials to be incorporated into the system and procure materials. We also carry out quality control of procured parts.
C / Construction
At the actual construction stage, we perform on-site management and process management such as site surveys, installation work, and electrical work.
